Worcester South Africa arial view

Along with the rest of the Western Cape, the property market in Worcester has strengthened in recent years and there is a significant amount of real estate activity, particularly in the suburbs of Langerug, Paglande, Fairway Heights and Panorama. Due to their deep heritage, the farms surrounding the town add further value to properties.

There is an abundance of larger, more expensive properties on the market, but a lack of affordable homes available. Significant demand exists for homes under R3 million.
Properties of R1.5 million or less sell fast, pointing to a golden opportunity for Worcester homeowners who want to sell their property quickly and easily.
