Discover Prince Alfred Hamlet

Just north of Ceres lies an even smaller community called Prince Alfred Hamlet. It covers an area of less than 9km2, and according to the last census, it had just 1 500 households that call this quaint little place their home.

This tiny town may be nothing more than a village, but it offers several properties at very affordable prices, making it an excellent fit for buyers looking for value-for-money homes. According to Property24, most properties here were sold for less than R1.5 million in the last decade.

It's also becoming a more popular choice for families because schools are nearby, including Laerskool FD Conradie and St. Mark's Primary School.
